I read some questions and answers posted in Anwers section of this website. Many guys got their 10 years L type successfully. There is no need to worry about the application.

GUEST06110 I received a 10 year L type visa in October. I used a service bureau in Washington DC and did not have any problems. Just make sure you have all of the documents that the embassy requires.
