Seems that don't have largest bicycle accessories wholesale market in China, you also can buy bicycle accessories from Baiyun motorcycle accessories wholesale market in Guangzhou city, also Guangzhou is the clothing wholesale market in China.

For manufacturers of bicycle accessories and clothing, i think you need to look for them from internet or trade show like Canton Fair.
