Another EMS tracking issue, BUT this one is slightly different.

The last update I recall seeing is "Despatch from Guangzhou" The reason my issue has me slightly concerned is because all the tracking information that I had seen prior to a few days ago has now disappeared and is replaced with "Your item was collected( ) at 2015-11-06 14:31:00" What is the possible explanation for this? I did attempt to call EMS in China, I did speak to someone who spoke English, he failed to be helpful, no surprise there. Anyone?

GUEST5684	I didn't get any new update on EMS tracking website. The last update shows your parcel was sent to New York on Nov. 6. I don't think it would arrive and be collected so quickly, just in 3 days. Usually, it takes at least a week to reach USA.
