obtaining chinese working visa in a third country

guestHela	Hello, I am from Tunisia and I am currently in china. I found work in a chinese company and they will provide me with a working visa. My problem now is that am not plannig to go back to Tunisia to make the working visa , am wondering if there is a possibility if i can apply for it in another country such as Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore... In fact I have been asking some visa agencies in Hongkong and one of them told me that it is possible to do it there. I dont know of some of you had the same situation or have some suggestions. Thanks for help

BJLEEO Points: Join Date: Nov 29, 2007 Status: Offline	You can either go to Tunisia or HK to apply for a China Z visa. It is 30 days HK visa free for Tunisian. In practice, you can not go to a third country to apply for a China Z visa unless you have a longer residence permit in the country. In my opinion, HK is the best choice for you.
