guestEmily	Ok so excuse the bad description, but I have recently been in Shanghai for 3 months and regularly came across this dish, I loved it so I would really like to have a crack at making it now I am back home but would need a recipe! So if anyone knows the name, I would love to know too! It would basically be a plate of a meat or sometimes vegetable dish with many vegetables and chilli peppers in and around the outside there would be these circular bread buns that when you turn over would be indented. You fill the indents with the meat filling and eat the bread like that. So if anyone knows!! I would love it if you could let me know :D
