EMS No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking

guest86181 Hi I checked my tracking number many times and all it says on the main EMS site is "No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking" but the info on others sites say "2015-12-09: Information Received" Heres the tracking number:
LN244887735SG

I'm a bit worried right now.

Any help is appreciated

Information Received (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article)

The status indicates that the tracking number is real. So you should wait patiently and keep tracking your parcel. According to my experience, everything is ok.

GUEST12102 EMS tracking is an absolute joke! I placed an order on Dec. 22 and received the "tracking number" on the 31st. From that time to now (Jan. 5, 2016) I have received the exact same message. This despite the statement from the sender that the parcel has already shipped!

Why not forget EMS then?
There are other Express Post companies. I use SF. I would assume they are in most cities. Never a problem. They send a SMS to me, as well as the receiver, when the item arrives. Not sure if they do international posting though.

For general freight in China itself, I use ZTO. Parcels arrive within a few days. 10 rmb/kilo.
