Hello everyone,

currently I am living in Shenzhen holding an multiple 1year M Visa. I got that with the help of an agency. Now I have my own company registered in HongKong and still need to stay in China in order to do my business. So I would like to apply for a 1year multiple M Visa for China again, but this time without agency since it really spends lots of money for agencys. I was thinking about applying for the Visa in HongKong. I am from Germany which is usually not a very big deal for chinese.
Glad if anyone could give me some advice here.

GUEST40882 Madiase, do you have a residence permit in HK? If yes, you can apply from the China consulare office in HK. But if you don't have one, I think you still have a chance to apply from there since you have now owned a company there. You can go to the consular office to try your luck. Unless you fail to do that, you don't have to hire an agent.
