Can we still get visas in Hong Kong for entering China?

guest83054 ^ Based on #5 on this page of the Commissioner's Office website (the place where we used to go to get visas to enter Mainland China), it says that if we are not from Hong Kong, we have to get our visa in our home country.

Is that true, can we not go to Hong Kong anymore for our visas???

Anyone who has recently, tell me! I am worried
