I have two passports. Which one should I use to apply for China visa?

guest79146 I have an Israeli and German passports.
on the israeli passports i have many tourists visa's so i think they will not give me another tourist visa to china. The german passport is empty.
Can i get a tourist or other kind of visa on my german passport ?
If i do, and they found out i am also holding israeli passport with many visas, would that be a problem?

GUEST40882 You can get it on German passport. If you enter PRC and exit with your German passport, it won’t be a problem. Don’t worry!

GUEST79146 they will not see on the system that i got many tourists visa on the israeli passport before and decide to deny the request for the new visa on the german passport?
