Changzhi Expats

guest44179 Hi. My name is Jeff and I will soon be moving to Changzhi in Shanxi Province to teach english. I am from South Africa. I was wondering if there are any expats (of any nationality and possibly English-speaking) in the city region who can inform me about the place?

Hello Jeff, Probably I could give you some answers. Changzhi is located in North of China and Shanxi province. There is bountifull coal resources in Shanxi and I was born in Shanxi while sorry that I have never been Changzhi.

It is not a big city like Shanghai and Beijing etc.; Changzhi is a small city so rare expats would go there.

The main food is noodle in Shanxi and most people shall be friendly. Wish it helps.
