z visa and physical examination

DWHAOTONE Points: Join Date: Mar 16, 2016 Status: offline	I am trying to get a z visa to china. before I can go to the consulate apply it I need a work permit from china. they sent me a list of required items in which one of them is physical examination in a clinic. anyone has any experiences on this. where should I go to get the report and what is the requirement of the examination? thanks a lot

GUEST04154	Generally speaking, you can go to a state-run hospital to go through the physical examination, and it's likely that the medical report should be notarized and authenticated by the Chinese embassy before it is sent to China. In some countries, the Chinese embassy may accredit some hospitals to do the medical examination for visa applicants. You can contact the embassy and ask if there is any.

DWHAOTONE Points: Join Date: Mar 16, 2016 Status: Offline	Called couple of hospitals. Nobody knows that or the requirements. Chinese consulate never answers phone. I not the only one who is trying to get a z visa. Nobody has an 3experience of this.

GUEST12140	u can download the medical report format in google search and then go to state government hospital in your city. tell your Doctor to fill those things and sign with hospital official stamp.
