Checked yes to crim record question, wrote explanation with details, non-violent misdemeanor for dwi: no accident, no prop damage, no bodily injury. Paid fine, completed interlock program. I supplied license reinstatement letter and ignition interlock de-installation certificate from county probation department. I received biz visa with 10 year entry today. It helps to supply added documents to demonstrate you completed your obligations. I Applied in person and asked for expedited service. Not worth lying about it.
