does some chinese consulate in the u.s. issue 10 year / 120 (180) day tourist visas?

if so, which one?

in new york, one only gets 1 year / 90 or 10 year / 60. which is not very good. i'd be happy to fedex my passport somewhere to get the better one.

GUEST04154 I'm afraid it's the same case in other consulates. If you apply for the 10-year multiple-entry L visa, the allowed stay duration after each entry is 60 days at most. By the way, you can only submit the application to the consulate which has consular jurisdiction over your residence address. Your application won't be accepted by other consulates.

oops. NG.

my visa agent in NYC said that you might be able to get 10 year / 120 if you're ethnic chinese (presumably ex. mainlander now u.s. passport holder). but that's hard to manufacture with my passport photo.

Hello!
You may get an invetation letter from an agency and it must be approved by the tourisim bureau of the government then you may get the L type ten years visa.
