 | I am currently teaching in Hubei Province, and my contract will be extended another year. Now the HR Assistant told me that my degree must be authenticated and taken to Chinese Embassy in Australia before September 1st or my new Visa will be cancelled. It has been 36 years since i graduated and really think this is a crazy thing to ask from so far back. ( The record would be in archieves probably...paper, and who will look that far back ) Does anyone know of an exemption or law stating how far back the requirement is. I have been teaching in China for 10 years now and next school year will be my last ( 60 age limit ) The Assistant to HR wont make an effort to find a way around this. So i'm hoping someone can help |

| GUESTJUSTIN | Dear, as far as I know, usually, when you apply for the foreign expert permit, the education certificate needs to be attested and as the policy has changed a little bit now, the requirements may be different and stricter currently.
