What should u pay heed to before you sign a leasing contract in Qingdao?

First , about the leasing contract ,how long is the duration of leasing contract , and how much is the yearly rent , also you should pay the security deposit , generally it is as much as one month rent , when the lease expire , the landlord will give it back to you . that's all you should pay to the landlord Second. Second , the landlord should make sure all the appliances and furniture in the apartment are in good condition . Third , about all the living expenses , all extra expenses during the contract are electricity bill, water fee, gas fee, internet fee. When you sign the leasing contract with the landlord , the landlord should pay off all the fees(electricity , water ,gas ) she of he owes , generally that's what they will do after signing the contract .
