ELVA29 Points: Join Date: Sep 3, 2015 Status: offline	Dear Sirs My name’s Marco and I’m Italian. In 2007 I married my Chinese girlfriend and in 2009 she has obtained Italian citizenship. My wife work with me in Italy. Every year we ask for a visa multi entry type Q2. Now we have a problem because my in-laws have health problems so, often, my wife has to go back to China urgently. The CVASC in Italy is 400 Km from my hometown and we can not get the visa renewal urgently. I asked for a residence permit but was refused because my wife can not live for more than 180 days because of work commitments. someone knows a solution? Thanks in advance Marco
