Hong Kong Visa Question
Jun 2, 2016 12:55
I live in the U.S. with a Chinese passport. I am traveling to Thailand and want to visit Hong Kong as well. My flight back to U.S. is in Guangzhou. Can I fly from Thailand to Hong Kong to stay there for 7 days without a visa for transit purpose? If not, how can I visit Hong Kong from Guangzhou? Thank you.

GUESTDAVID Dear, it’s possible. You can fly to HK from Thailand, and afterwards, fly to US from Guangzhou. In this case, you can stay for 7 days in HK freely. You can just show your passport, green card in US, the onward air ticket to US, hotel reservation and enough travel fees when you arrive in HK.

GUEST11848 "Processing visa in HK for mainland China"

Hi! I am from the Philippines. I would like to ask if I can process my visa in HK to mainland China. If yes, what requirements should I prepare and what processes I will undergo?

I hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you!
