Visa to Guangzhou at Guangzhou itself

I would like to know if is it possible to get a visa for Guangzhou at the airport itself?

I'm planning to arrive Guangzhou from Hong Kong on this Wednesday and I would like to know if it's possible to get a visa over there.

GUEST04154 You mean to get the visa on arrival at Guangzhou? I'm afraid you can't get it. Actually, people of some countries can get the VOA for Shenzhen, Shantou, or Zhuhai, but the VOA is only applicable to the city where they get the VOA.
