Job Responsible: 1.Responsible for Greater China region financial and business reporting in timely manner and with accuracy, which involves: a.Plan, anticipate, communicate, and consolidate financial data from all subs b.Ensure monthly group reporting packages are done with accuracy and in timely manner c.Help with ICP reconciliation d.Hep to compile monthly business analyzes reportings and presentations e.Extend help and training to subs when needed 2.Ensure compliance with group & Chinese Gaap standards 3.Monitor various daily and weekly sales status and tracking against targets 4.Assist the FP&A team with annual budget process 5.Process improvement 2. Professional Competencies 1.Self-driven with strong entrepreneurship and high sense of responsibility 2.Fast learner and quick adapter 3.Detail oriented. Keen on numbers 4.Certain degree of business acumen 5.Ability of relationship building 6.Willing to extend help 7.Willing to work long hour and under pressure 3. Job Requirements Education/Qualification: College Degree in accounting or finance. MBA or oversea experience a plus Working Experience:Minimum 3 years Language Requires: Proficient in English. French or Cantonese a plus Travel Requires: Occasionally Others: Proficient in MS office especially in Excel and Powerpoint.
