Egyptian marriage with a chinese woman

guest12452 I'm Egyptian who moved to china this month to marriage with my chinese girlfriend.
Now i already finished and go our marriage document and i want to inquire about visa issues.

- what kind of visa i should apply for ? If i intend to live and work here , means to settle dow.
- I can apply for a long time visa from china or Hongkong? Or must be return to my country and make it?

GUESTLILY If you want to work in China, you can apply for the Z visa. It's hard to apply for it within China. You can try your luck at the local exit and entry administration. If you fail to do it, you may travel to Hong Kong to apply. To be honest, there are some chances but I can't assure you. If you can't get it in HK either, it means you have to go to your country to apply.
