Now, let's take a look at the changes. Before: You need to go back to your country and apply for Z visa. You come back to China to apply for Employment Certificate. Finally, you can apply for residence permit for work. After: You can apply for Z visa at arrival port. You can apply for 1-year residence permit for work with Employment Permit.
