On an L Visa, need a Z or Permanent Residents Visa

guestBeijing Traveller	Hi All Needing some help... came to China on L Tourist Visa valid until 24.8.16, found a job over here and keen to start working here, however the National Security Clearance I received in Australia is not the one the Visa Officer wants, so applied for another type and have been waiting patiently for it to arrive. The Aust Federal Police have now sent me 2, neither have arrived as yet. Now fairly stressed out document has not arrived as yet and I need to get a Z or Permanent Residency Visa asap. Is there any advice anyone can offer as I don't want to leave, go back to Oz and have to return... too expensive and would like ro start working to earn some money (which is important). Any advice or assistance would be invaluable. Thanks very much!

GUESTBONNIE	You don't need to worry about it. If you can't receive the documents in time and apply for a Z visa, you can extend your L visa at the local exit and entry administration seven days before it expires.
