Hi. I have residence permit for family union for 2 years first time. How many years I can apply for 2nd time? The visa will expire if we divorce? Or will be valid till expire in the document? Thanks

GUEST04154 Well, you can apply for the 2nd time after this residence permit expires or renew it a month before it expires. If you divorce during the validity of the residence permit, it's possible that your residence permit will be cancelled.
