Second, you need to provide the following documents in order to get a China Driving License: Original Home Country Driving License Original Passport Driving License Photos as well as photo receipt original Physical Exam Report original *Temporary Residence Form original Third, in order to apply for China driving license, you need to have a visa with validity date 3 months or above and you can stay in China for more than 90 days each time. If your visa is one year multiple visa and you can stay in China for 30 days each time, you can not apply for the China driving license. Languages for the China driving license test: Chinese, English, Korean, Italian, French and Japanese
