| How to buy good Furniture Building Material Lighting from China? | |

 | Foshan Furniture and Building Material wholesale market is so big, big eough for you to spend several month there to check all. So where to get the suitable furniture and building material, and how to make sure the quality is same as what you see in the market and the quantity is right when the goods arrive your country? Professional and resposible sourcing agent is very important when you buy furniture and build material from China, especially buy from the market. Some agent charge very low commission but don't do detail quality checking, it always has different problem when you receive the goods. And you may worry the agent get hidden commission from factory when they charge too low commission from yourside. We've been working as sourcing agent for Furniture Building Material and Lighting since 2008, here share some detail work experience for your reference. |

| Here is one problem we came through when help the America customer buy furniture and building material for his house. The product our customer want to buy is nature stone top dinning table, the sample in their showroom is fabulous when we place the order on sight. We we do QC in their factory, we found the shape is wrong and color is different. we rejected. We go factory for second time QC, we found the shape is same but the nature stone quality is much lower than the sample we see in the showroom. We rejected. When we've reject the table for the second time, factory have very tough attitude insist it's what they have got only. Finally we report to the wholesale market management center, push them give us the sample that in their showroom when we load the container. |

| I know a lot of Sourcing Agent in Guangzhou, and we are good friend. Some only charge 3% commission some even less, they will not go to factory to check the products' quality, they only open some box when loading the container. They tell you they control the quality but their service doesn't including sending you detail quality checking photo. So quality problem is a common situation. The normal commission in the market is 5%, sometime customer save little commission but loose big money when receive bad furniture and building material. |
