Chinese wife British kids. What visa required for long term stay

guest65226 I have a chinese wife who has returned to Mainland China and we have two kids of british nationality. She needs them to be with her so they can go to school. What kind of visa do I need for them to stay long term with multi entry/exits?

GUEST04154 You can apply for an Q1 type for your kids and then they can get the residence permit in PRC. The residence permit can allow them to exit/enter PRC for multiple times within its validity.

GUESTJENNY It is possible for them to convert the tourist L visa to Q1 type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB.
