Hairdresser in Zhangye or Lanzhou

Apologizing for the incredibly girly question in advance...

Does anyone know of any really good hairdressers in either Zhangye or Lanzhou? I have curly hair and need a good hairdresser. Otherwise, I am going to Beijing in November - should I wait until then?
