Expert cert cancelation via Visa change

guest25240	I just ended a contract with a small school, but the headmaster has connections. I gave him notice and he refused to sign anything and when I finally left he refused to cancel my expert cert and give me release paper. So my question is this I am married and can I change to family visa, as I am married to Chinese woman and have the expert cert canceled automatically. That way he would have to give the new school a release paper and they would have to do the work visa and expert cert all over again. The school is willing to do that. I was working in Qingdao now staying in Yibin under residence visa until I change to Family Visa
