Want Best Tour Guide for my journey to Tibet

I am Pakistani, a Business man, I want to visit China for my business purpose mainly, but I want to visit Tibet for some day to have relax.
My whole tour duration should be 25 Days, I will travel many cities for business purpose, finally will go to Hunan and Tibet,
Is there any Female interpreter and guide for whole my tour.
