Help: never received train tickets

Hello,

I ordered 2 train tickets 2 weeks ago and selected collect myself. For this I need my passeport (OK) and the train tickets (Not OK). Indeed I still haven't received the email with the tickets number, or actually even a booking confirmation.

Is it the normal process ? What should I do ?
