travel with CPAP machine

guest19054 I will be flying between a number of cities on a number of different domestic airlines (China Southern, China Eastern, etc.

What are the rules to bring a portable CPAP machine? Can I bring it as carryon baggage in addition to the 11lbs limitation?

Any experience?

GUEST40882 As long as the battery is not high-power, you can take it. But you may need to inform your airline of the medical device you will take. Sometimes, you may also need to provide a health check report of a hospital.
