guest18138 Does 72/144 Hours Visa-Free Transit in Shanghai apply when the from and to port is Hong Kong before the final destination Australia? (Hongkong is part of China, but no visa required for Australian.)

GUEST40882 If you fly from a country to Shanghai and then fly onward to HK before going to Australia, you can use the 144h free transit policy. However, if you fly from HK to Shanghai and then fly back to HK, you can't use this free transit.
