Can one rent a car and driver in Xiamen?
If yes, any suggestions where?
Can one travel outside the city, let's say to Fuzhou? Do you provide accomodation to driver, or is there a "system" in place?

Are you going to travel in Ximen or do business there?
I think the public transportation is very convenient to bring you here and there.
