Engaged a tour company and got a quote which I feel that I should save some $$$ by looking for travel buddies to share the cost. Here is the itinerary. Fly from SH > Xining (12/21) Train from Xining > Lhasa (12/22) Lhasa for 3 nights (12/23 - 12/25) - Celebrate Christmas eve Yamdrok Lake/Gyantse (12/26) - Celebrate Christmas Gyantse/Shigatse - (12/27) Shegar/Rongbuk - (12/28) - Visit Everest Base Camp Shegar/Lhatse /Shigatse - (12/29) Lhasa > Shanghai - (12/30) If I travel alone, the cost would come up to 15K RMB, so I am looking for 2 more adventurous buddies to join me.
