Have you ever used an online tour operator to book a tour, buy an entrance ticket for a scenic area, or train and flight tickets? Or do you prefer to buy tour products from a local travel outlet because you think it’s more reliable? As a busy person, I usually would like to buy tour products from an online operator. It’s convenient and saves a lot of time. The prices are also more appealing. I can flexibly change my schedule or order if it’s not the last minute. But sometimes I may worry about the security of payment, so I have to be very cautious when making the final order. Another thing also concerns me is that I’m not sure whether the service I will get is as good as what described on the web pages. So it’s critical to make a right judgment. I also bought a tour at a local travel outlet once. Except the far distance from my apartment, the agency was not bad. They charge higher than online operators and the flexibility is not that good, but for those who don’t have access to the internet, this seems a better solution. Which method do you prefer?
