guest21674	Hi, I was in China for a month on a 30 day tourist visa. I then extended it before the end of the 30 days, i stayed in china to do this, handed in my passport to the PSB and got a new 30 day visa. Before new 2nd visa expired i came to Hong Kong to apply for a Z visa. Problem is that my new issue date on 2nd visa was 9days after 1st visa exp date. They told me in HK if my visa extension was done within 7days, all wd be ok. Now it looks like overstay. Can i get another visa in Malaysia cos i cant get one here now?

GUEST04154	You mean HK denied to give you the Z visa because they thought you overstayed in mailand China? Actually I don't think so because you did not overstay. Anyway, if they told you so, you can go back to your country to apply for the Z visa.
