Actually for clothes, Guangzhou is the biggest market in China. I think you can have a visit in Guangzhou.

You don't need to fix in advance. Because you can check and select the items which you like when you are there.

There's a town between Foshan and Guangzhou which produces mainly kid's clothes with high quality, and supply to the wholesalers/traders in Guangzhou market.
