Do I need a transfer visa? I'm flying to Irkutsk (Russia) from Bangkok

I'm landing in Beijing Capital Airport with Chinese Eastern and have to transfer to Irkutsk with HAINAN AIRLINES on the same terminal (T2)
Do I need a transfer visa?
I hold Thailand passport

Flight informations
BKK-PEK 01:25 AM to 07:25 AM (Terminal2, CHINA EASTERN AIRLINES)
PEK-ISK 10:00 AM to 01:15 PM (Terminal2, HAINAN AIRLINES)

Please let me know
