Tongren airport

guestEddy After my visit to Zhangjiajie and Fenghuang, I plan to fly out to Guangzhou by China Southern from Tongren. I heard however that since its such a small airport at Tongren that flights quite often are being cancelled. How true is that please ? I have an international connection in Guangzhou. Thanks so much.

GUEST40882 Yes, I also heard about that. Tongren Airport is not in a good location, so flights are easily influenced by the weather condition. If you want to play safe, it's better to take the flight from Guiyang.
