Flight to urumqi from xiamen

i am going to urumqi this coming september, i try to book flight ticket in Singapore tru travel agent but have some difficulty as they said the date still far away. Is it easy to get a flight ticket from xiamen to urumqi during september? how many days in advance is advicible for me to do so?
