Need hotel or rent a room!!!

Dear all!
I need to reserve hotel (near Pazhou Complex preferably)for 3 person check-in -18 August,check-out-24 August. 1 single room, and 1 double room (2 beds). Or rent a room. I live in Moscow and it is difficult to make a reservation on phone. May be somebody will help me?

Is there any other requirement? You did not specify price. If you can be more specific, it would be better.

3 stars will suit perfectly to us. In the internet I saw prices 30-50$ per room. Will be very obliged if you can help me.

There is a really nice economic business hotel called 7 days inn. It is not expensive but really nice and convenient for business people with IDD, access to the Internet in the room. Brand new too.
The price for a single room is RMB168, twin is RMB188.

The hotel is 2 metro stops or 8 minutes car ride from the exhibition center.
