i need to know how to get from hong kong to nanning or more specific to guigang in the guangxi province. many thanks

Hello there,
You can take bus(HK airport-Guangzhou) from Hong Kong to Guangzhou. Or you can take train from Hong Kong to Guangzhou east train station.
From Guangzhou east train station, you can take metro to Guangzhou train station.It's fast,comfortable and cheap.
And you can take train in Guangzhou train station
to Guangxi.
Here is the timetable:
2571/4:02pm Guangzhou (to Naning)
K365/2:30pm Guangzhou (to Naning)

Assuming you're travelling on a financial budget, fly Tiger Airways (http://www.tigerairways.com.sg) Singapore -- Guangzhou then take a train Guangzhou -- Kaili.

Bus from Kaili is less that tow hours from Guiyang. Fly into Guiyang from Guangzhou or Shenzhen

GUEST15461 - from SIN u have a few choices ie like mentioned Tiger air for budget, SIA or MU (China Southern) and at least 3 - 4 flights a day depending. Then if u can afford its faster to fly from Guangzhou to Guiyang - which takes abt 1.5 hrs - as the train would take u some 19.5 hrs. So it all depends on yr budget n preference of travel.
