Budget Accomodation?

Any budget accomodation available in Xiamen? I'm looking for one to stay for 2-3 weeks, preferrably one that is convenient for elderly people.

I have been to Xiamen for one week last year. It is definitely a beautiful city. The intriguing seaside scenery deeply impressed on me. However, it is a pity that few people there could speak English. So i found it difficult to converse with the local people. In terms of the convenience, i suggest you to find a three or four star hotel, where the reception could talk with you in English.

Or, if you could speak Chinese. Everything turns to be easy.
