Beach in Taizhou/Wenzhou?

Are there any beaches in Taizhou/Wenzhou? If so, are they reasonably clean? Can one swim in the sea? And if so, is the swimming area restricted? I'd like to arrive in June. Thanks for advice!

There is a Da Sha Ao beach in Wenzhou, on the Dong Tou Island, pretty nice beach.
