Can I work as a Software Web Developer in China without degree?

Recently I received a job offer for a company located in Shanghai. One of the requirements for them for official employment is a bachelor's degree. Is there any chance or work-around that so I can get a work permit? Or is there any other way to work legally without a degree in a company? (.. as a Web Developer) I left the second year of my studies at a university. (I don't know if the info may be helpful) If I manage to get a student visa, can I get a "part-time" job as a Web Developer in this company? I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.
