Train Yinchuan to Xining

guest86204 Next month I have booked a train from Xining to Lhasa departing Xining at 14.00. I will be in Yichuan the day before and see there is an overnight train from Yinchuan due in to Xining at 08.00. Does anyone know if the train is usually on time? I don't want to miss my train to Lhasa!
