24 Hour Direct Transit Baggage collection

guest23972 Hi all,

I want to fly from Ullaanbaatar to Beijing on the 3rd of July (flight time arrives at 00.40 on the 4th). I have a flight booked from Beijing to Da Nang in Vietnam at 8am on the 4th.
- with a 24h direct transit, would I be able to go through immigration and collect my checked-in luggage and then book in to my next flight? Or am I not allowed to leave the transit area?
