Hong Kong Shanghai by Train - Flight to S.Korea - 144 Visa Free

Hi - My family and I (UK passports) are planning to fly fron UK to Hong Kong early August and stay two nights. We then want to go by the Z100 sleeper train from Hong Kong (Hung Hom) to Shanghai, then stay in Shanghai for 3 nights and leave Shanghai via a flight booked to Jeju S.Korea. Can we do this with the 144hr Visa Free arrangement?
