How do I complete Application Form for Notarization/Legalization china visa Z

guestNorwichChina	Hi there, Currently trying to organise my working visa Z for China. Having issues with the application form for Notarization/Legalization. I believe this is a new step added to the visa process introduced recently. Essentially, I don't under what it means by ID Type and ID Number (I assume passport and passport number?) and secondly there is an entire section labelled as Agent. 3. 代理人 Agent 代理人姓名 Name 中文：性别 Gender 男 M 女 F 国籍 Nationality English：证件种类 Type of ID 证件号码 ID Number 电话 Tel. 联系地址 Address 与申请人/企业的关系 Relationship to the Applicant/Company Might be better to view on the actual document, but I don't understand what they mean by Agent? What is the agent? I have tried to email visa for china centre but no reply and I'm currently on hold to them at the moment. If anyone has filled this out and knows what they mean I would really appreciate it!!!
