guest65979	Can anyone tell me what the current requirement for this is? According to my local embassy's webpage, I have everything I need to apply for a Z Visa besides for an invitation letter, however my employer says I don't need one as I have a permit and several other websites, including the main UK embassy website, say I don't need one either. I have tried contacting all the embassies in England to get an official answer but haven't been able to get in touch. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
